2025 JTD Hospital Foundation Golf Classic

We invite you to join us for the 33rd JTD Hospital Foundation Golf Classic! This annual golf outing has become a major fundraiser for the JTD Hospital Foundation, supporting the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital services and programs.

JTD Hospital Foundation Golf Classic participants will enjoy a day of friendly, competitive golf with a best ball scramble format. Golfers will have opportunities for a chance at a Hole-in-One contest, and each golfer will be eligible for a chance at a 40-foot putt for $5,000! MULLIGANS will be made available at registration the day of the event, as well as opportunities to purchase raffle tickets for prizes. We will announce winners and prizes at the end of the event.
