Fall Health Fair

- Join us for our annual Fall Community HealthFair on Saturday, November 1 from 7:00 – 9:00 AM. This event will take place atthe Medical Office Building Suite D located at 1140 S Knoxville Ave in St.Marys.
- During the event, we will be providingdiscounted lab work, free screenings, drug take back (expired or unneededmedications), free skin checks from Ohio Derm and free information on serviceswe offer.
