PEDIATRIC REHAB
Grand Lake Pediatric Rehab offers premier outpatient physical, occupational and speech-language therapy to children with disabilities, developmental delays and acquired injuries. Our team of therapists see children under the age of 10 years old. Children over the age of 10 are typically seen at our general outpatient clinic, Grand Lake Rehab & Wellness Center.
INPATIENT REHAB
The Inpatient Rehab Facility at Grand Lake Health System is a specialized acute care unit dedicated to restoring functional mobility and supporting patients in regaining independence with daily living activities. Located on the sixth floor of the hospital, the unit is fully licensed to provide skilled nursing care and intensive therapy within a safe, hospital-based environment.
OUTPATIENT REAHB
Grand Lake Rehab & Wellness in St. Marys and MoR Rehab in Celina both offer comprehensive therapy services focused on improving mobility, function, and overall quality of life. The experienced team of therapists, exercise physiologists, and registered nurses are dedicated to promoting injury prevention and supporting rapid recovery—helping patients return to their highest possible level of function in the shortest time.
