The JTD Hospital Foundation is committed to supporting patients at every stage of their life’s journey. At no point is this commitment more crucial or sensitive than when a patient or loved one enters end-of-life care at Grand Lake Hospice. The JTD Hospital Foundation is proud to provide compassionate support to patients and their families-giving patients dignity and empathy during their final moments and providing families and loved one’s bereavement support. The JTD Hospital Foundation recognizes that hospice caregivers are faced with unique challenges in the care they provide and support them while doing challenging but deeply rewarding work. Landon Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund
The Phlipot Healthy Baby Fund, named in the memory of Joey and Jessica Phlipot’s son Landen. These funds are used to provide education to parents about safe sleep and for maintaining the well-being of all infants born at Grand Lake Health System. These funds are also used to purchase Halo sleep sacks, which replaces loose blankets in the infant crib and a factor to consider in SIDS.
