JTD Foundation Mission

To secure funds for the benefit of Grand Lake Health System’s efforts to best meet the healthcare needs of our communities.

COMPASSIONATE  HEALTHCARE

Thank you for your continuous support of Joint Township District Memorial Hospital. It is because of generations before you that JTDMH is here and because of YOU that JTDMH will continue to be here for generations to come.

You are an essential part of our journey. Your gift is invaluable to providing the highest quality, patient-centered healthcare close to home for you, your family members and our community.

JTD Foundation History

Dedicated in May of 1953 to the memory of area service men serving in WWII, Joint Township District Memorial Hospital began as a 50-bed hospital. Ever since the first patient was admitted, contributions have supported the tradition of caring.

Because the Joint Township District Memorial Hospital is a nonprofit hospital, we treat all patients, regardless of their ability to pay, and support programs that enhance health and wellness throughout our community. By contributing to the Foundation, you can help ensure that Joint Township District Memorial Hospital is able to continue to fulfill its mission of delivering outstanding healthcare for years to come.
