Wellness Services
The Wellness Program is staffed with a multidisciplinary team of Clinical Exercise Physiologists, RNs, and Exercise Specialists. We are dedicated to provide programs that will assist individuals in maintaining an active lifestyle. Our secure, 7,000-square-foot, climate-controlled facility features a walking track and modern equipment to support your health and fitness goals. We also offer group classes designed to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength.
Rehabilitation Services
Rehab Services are composed of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. We are dedicated to evaluating and treating patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental problems. Each patient is evaluated by a licensed therapist, and receives an individualized treatment plan. Home exercises are also developed and issued to patients to accelerate the healing process.

Our Physical Therapy team specializes in evaluating and treating musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental conditions. Each patient is assessed by a licensed physical therapist and receives a personalized treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. To support progress between visits, customized home exercise programs are also provided to help accelerate healing and recovery.

LSVT LOUD is a standardized treatment protocol that is customized to the unique communication goals of each person across a range of disease severity and communication impairments. The therapy addresses the three causes of speech problems associated with Parkinson’s disease provided by a certified Speech Language Pathologist.

For wellness services, memberships are available by physician referral or self-referral. All new members are asked to complete a health questionnaire to help us ensure you can participate safely in our programs.
