Deeply committed to providing excellent care to her community, Kathryn Bruns, APRN-CNP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kent State University - Trumbull Campus and her Master of Science - Family Nurse Practitioner from Youngstown State University. She is certified by the Ohio Board of Nursing and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has worked at Lima Memorial Health System 's walk-in care and family practice office. “As a nurse practitioner, I love being able to provide healthcare to the entire family throughout their lifespan.” Kathryn’s philosophy for her practice hinges on preventing health conditions and working with patients as a team to create a plan that targets their individual health concerns. She is passionate about offering her patients the same level of care she would provide her own family members. Originally from Northeast Ohio, Kathryn and her husband moved to Coldwater, OH, where they are raising their four children. During the spring and summer months, she enjoys being outside in her garden, an activity that keeps her active and connected to nature.
