Dr. Venkata Chalasani is an accomplished and compassionate primary care physician with over 25 years of experience in the field of Internal Medicine and Primary Care. Dr. Chalasani’s medical journey began in 1991 when he graduated with an MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from J.J.M. Medical College in Davangere, Karnataka, India. He continued his medical training with a Residency in Internal Medicine at Catholic Medical Center, affiliated with Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in Brooklyn and Queens, New York, from 1995 to 1998. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Chalasani began practicing in the United States. He provided part-time coverage in Internal Medicine with Dr. Puttagunta Ranga in New Bremen, OH. From 1998 to the present, he has worked as a Primary Care Physician at JTDM Family Practice, LLC in Wapakoneta, OH, and also offers Hospitalist coverage at Grand Lake Health System in St. Marys, OH.
